The 2026 Chevrolet Silverado HD lineup includes six trims, each with a distinct balance of durability, exterior treatment and cabin refinement. WT The Work Truck is an unembellished, job-ready configuration with a standard 6.6-liter gas V8, an available Duramax diesel engine, vertical trailering mirrors and an automatic locking rear differential. Its high-strength-steel Durabed provides 12 standard tie-downs. Custom Custom adds visual distinction through 20-inch machined-aluminum wheels with Grazen Metallic-painted accents. Power-adjustable vertical trailering mirrors with heated upper glass improve visibility, while remote keyless entry and power windows add everyday convenience. Custom is offered in Double Cab and Crew Cab configurations. LT The LT pairs heavy-duty capability with a more polished exterior. Chrome bumpers, body-color door handles and an available set of 20-inch machined-aluminum wheels sharpen its appearance. A power-lock-and-release EZ Lift tailgate makes bed access less cumbersome. LTZ LED headlamps, animated Amber-tracer daytime running lamps and power-folding, power-extending vertical trailering mirrors distinguish the LTZ. Inside, it adds perforated leather-appointed front seating and 10-way power adjustment for the driver and front passenger. ZR2 The Silverado 2500 HD ZR2 is engineered for off-road work. Its brawny stance comes from a 1.5-inch factory suspension lift, Multimatic DSSV dampers and 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires. Chevrolet also equips it with a rear electronic locking differential, skid-plate protection and the Multi-Flex Tailgate. Two 6.6-liter V8 engines are available. Both are paired with a 10-speed Allison automatic transmission. The standard 6.6-liter gas V8 delivers naturally aspirated power with 401 horsepower and 464 lb.-ft. of torque. It is a compelling choice for drivers who need heavy-duty strength but do not require the diesel engine’s maximum torque. The available Duramax 6.6-liter turbo-diesel V8 produces 470 horsepower and an imposing 975 lb.-ft. of torque. Every 2026 Silverado 2500 HD trim can be ordered with this engine.
